Drum Pump Parts List. This goes with the Schematic Diagram.

Plumbing Parts are Schedule 40 PVC.

This pump can be used on 15, 30, and 55 gal drums.

You can make the pump shorter to fit 15 or 30 gallon drums.

The 55 gal drum pump length will work with smaller drums but

just stick up higher above the drum.

                  Inside is enlarged so 1/2" pipe can slip through

                  for pumping action. Press this part into 1 1/4"

                  Coupling (part G). Do not glue.

    1       M     3/4" Coupling, Collar

    1       N     3/4" x 1/2" spigot by slip socket bushing

    2       P     Glass Ball Marble, about 9/16" diameter

    2       R     Ball Retainer, PVC Welding Rod, 1/8 inch

    1       U     3/4" Cap, slip socket Dust Cover Cap for when not

                  in use.  Do not glue.

    2       W     Fabricated piece made from 1 inch coupler and

                  pipe. Provides hand grips or tool engagement

                  points for screwing part E into drum.

    1  not shown  1/2" Threaded Cap, Dust Cover Cap for when pump

                  is stored. Screws on part H at bottom of pump.
